The vertical "point-first" entry design guides needles into the container with the sharp end down, reducing the risk of hand contact with the needle tip during one-handed disposal. The clear/translucent body allows immediate visual assessment of fill level, prompting replacement before the container is overloaded. The quick-tab locking snap cap secures the container against accidental opening during movement.
The Sharps Shuttle is single-use and should be sealed with the quick-tab lock and disposed of as biohazardous waste after use, following applicable sharps disposal regulations.
