To ensure the integrity of sterile products, all returns must be in their original, tamper-evident packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring that all sterile seals remain intact and including a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the condition of the medical equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
